The aim of this workshop is to equip coaches with comprehensive knowledge of how to develop and implement a strength and conditioning programme for their sport. The workshop teaches coaches how to identify strength and conditioning needs for their sport, how to assess individual needs and how to safely implement strength and conditioning programmes that cater for different levels of ability and experience. This workshops is suitable for coaches eager to improve their short & long-term training planning or coaches working with sub-elite athletes.
