The Business Management course is designed to provide the students with an in-depth understanding of the role and function of management in the business environment and offers the opportunity to develop effective management skills to work independently or within a supervisory capacity.
Students will explore the role of management within an organisation focusing on leadership, motivating, organising, monitoring, review and control. They will also examine the difference between management, leadership and motivation and the effects of each type within an organisation.
