Portobello Institute welcomes mature applicants for any of our full or part time programmes.

A mature applicant is defined as someone who is 23 years of age on or before January 1st of the year of entry. The application process for mature students is the same as non mature students. To book onto a course please go to the "apply now" button on the course details or alternatively contact us directly.

For mature applicants applying to our CAO course PI201 (Higher Certificate in Arts in Montessori Education) and wish to be considered on the basis of mature years please apply directly to us. Mature students will be considered with documented evidence of experience to date.

For mature applicants who wish to be considered on the basis of school leaving qualifications, you can apply through the CAO and/or directly with us.

If you wish to come and speak with us about your application we offer an open door policy and are more than happy to arrange a meeting with you to discus your education needs.
